Privacy policy

The short version: your code and your data stay in your own systems, we collect the minimum needed to run the service, and you can revoke our access yourself at any moment. The details are below, in plain language.
What we collect
Your account. When you sign in with GitHub, we receive your GitHub account name and email address. That is what identifies you in the service and where we send you important messages.
Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your card and billing details; we see your subscription status and invoices, never your full card number.
Your tickets. The problems and requests you write to us, and the conversation around them. This is the raw material the service works from.
Activity logs. A record of what the service does on your project: what it read, what it proposed, what you approved. These logs exist for your benefit; you can read them on your Trust page.
What we deliberately do not do
We do not copy your database out of your environment. Your business data stays where it lives; the service works inside the access you granted.
We do not train AI models on your code or your data. Not ours, not anyone's.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the few service providers listed below.
Where code access lives
Access to your code is granted through GitHub, on the repository you choose, and it stays under your control the whole time. You can revoke it yourself, in two clicks, without asking us. When you do, our access ends immediately.
The services we rely on
A few carefully chosen providers help us run Agent Bleu. Each one sees only what it needs for its job:
GitHub for sign-in and for the code access you grant. Stripe for payments. Anthropic for the AI that analyzes your tickets and prepares fixes; the relevant ticket text and code context is processed there, and per our agreement it is not used to train models. Resend for sending you email. Hetzner for hosting our own servers, in Europe.
Deleting your data
Want your data gone? Email hello@agentbleu.com and we delete your account data: your tickets, your logs, and your account details. The only things we keep are the records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Cookies and your browser
We keep this boring, on purpose. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your light-or-dark theme choice is remembered in your own browser and never leaves your device. If we enable analytics, it is a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool that counts visits without tracking you across the web. No advertising trackers, ever.
